Hatch Image as pattern

Hi,
Is it possible to hatch some area with a specific JPG image. If so what is the option in hatching to use any image formats like JPG or Tiff as a hatching pattern. Or whether it can be uplink from outside the drawing?

Try "SuperHatch" in Express Tools.
