hi,

Is there anyone know better alternative replacement for Haskel pump model DFB-60, DSF-72 and MS-110?

I'll say that I've never been dissatisfied with a Haskel pump.

... except that on the ones I've used, the fluid side check valves are not soft-seated, so if the DP is low, as in transferring oil from drum to reservoir, you need to add a low-crack soft-seat check valve to the inlet, or be very patient.

Try Maximator. Made in Germany I think.

I'm far too lazy to look up the model numbers you listed. Haskell makes both liquid pumps and compressors.

For intermittent operations, these units are great- if selected properly. We use these as hydrotest pumps, where they serve very well.

There was another brand of similar design which I believe was called MaxP- perhaps this is the Maximator mentioned above.

Both types can be replaced with hydraulic diaphragm pumps or hydraulic diaphragm compressors- at greatly higher cost, but greater reliability for continuous operation.

Thanks guys for the information. I'll look into it. I'm still opened for other suggestions.
