Hash marks in start field?

When I change the layout to display start times instead of start dates (e.g. 12:33) All I get is hash marks in the field ######. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Have you tried to make the column wider? When you choose start times, it adds the time information to the date information, thus requiring a wider column to display correctly IF it's selected, otherwise, it should only be displaying the time information.

Try Double Clicking the Line between Colums at thr Very Top - This will Auto format the Column to the length of the longest field -

This works on excel too
