Hi, Apparently my customer wanted hardness button for our liquid silicone part.
After hot press the silicone into the hardness button compression mold for 170C x 18 minute,
the part cure inside but the outer surface was sticky.Even the side trim have cracks.
How does you guys make hardness button for liquid silicone to check it hardness.
But the miracle was when we compress the liquid silicone for the part, it doesn't have that sticky issue.
Perhaps it was because the part was not thick as harness button needed base on ASTM D 2240 requirement.
