What does the value for the ventilation load of the terminal units on the air system design page indicate? The ventilation load I know is indicated as the cooling coil load so how does HAP attain that value for their ventilation load?

That is new HAP version and I assume air system put as VRF tells HAP to allocate all ventilation load to terminal units, which is plainly visible from your data (all ventilation load equals sum of terminals load).

You should alter air system type to CAV, VAV or whatever you have if you use central ventilation unit.

If those system are distinct ones, the safest way is to define your terminals as terminal units type, and use additional system as ventilation system, determined as it is in reality. Than you will have completely separated loads in the report.

Well the data was inputted with the hope of getting the room load and ventilation load which I had obtained. However the values I wanted, for the ventilation load was obtained at the cooling coil value which I used to size my AHU, while the value for the room load was obtained at the terminal unit cooling value which I used to size my terminal units. The question still remains is what exactly is that ventilation load value I am seeing in the report and how does HAP obtain it? Their definition says a completely different story when i checked the HELP.

Looks like you don't have a heating air flow rate, just cooling is used to determine the airflow. Double check the heating load system as the heating coil on the terminal uni sizing data goes from -17.8 to -17.8. This would lead me to believe that this section is for the fan power and ventilation only, and the fan design airflow is based off of the cooling coil.

Verify the heating side of the system. This may help with your questions.
