HAP 4.41 - WEATHER FILE

I thank's to anyone to tell me, if exist any software tool to open, convert or edit a weather data file, to use with Hourly Analisys Program (Hap 4.41 - Carrier) in a simulation. I need a file with the weather data of Portugal (city Funchal), and since in the library does not exist that weather data, i need to creat one.I know that exist files in the Internet, to download, but the extension file i know is only for the Energy Plus/ Design Builder (*.epw), and for the Hap 4.41, i need a file with extension *.HW1.

Well, obviously, you should find someone with Energy Plus/ Design Builder and have them export the data in a different format.
