HAP 4.41 - WEATHER FILE 1

I thank's to anyone to tell me, if exist any software tool to open, convert or edit a weather data file, to use with Hourly Analisys Program (Hap 4.41 - Carrier) in a simulation. I need a file with the weather data of Portugal (city Funchal), and since in the library does not exist that weather data, i need to creat one.

I know that exist files in the Internet, to download, but the extension file i know is only for the Energy Plus/ Design Builder (*.epw), and for the Hap 4.41, i need a file with extension *.HW1.

I had to do the weather simulation for Qatar. but HAP didnt have the qatar weather fil. I faced the same problem. But what i did was that i used the nearby station weather file which is closer to qatar weather.
