Hammer Union Piping Compliance with ASME B31.3

A couple previous threads on this topic, but they are closed now and I cannot read them. Hoping someone can give me some insight as to whether hammer union piping complies with ASME B31.3 code or not, and what test requirements are typically specified.

Some of the pressure ratings such as 2000 PSI meet the design pressure requirements for 600# ANSI, but cannot be tested to 1.5 x the design pressure. Do people typically de-rate the piping to 1,300 PSI so it can be tested to 1.5 x design pressure to satisfy B31.3?

Many manufacturers make hammer union piping and claim that it complies with ASME B31.3.

It is typically tested per the applicable B31.3 requirements (for NDE, hardness testing, hydro-testing, etc.). Piping with hammer unions rated to 2000 psi (such as Fig 200 and Fig 206) is typically rated to 2000 psi and tested to at least 3000 psi by the piping manufacturer.
