A good resource is AISC's Steel Construction Manual. Part 9 deals fairly well with the situation in your image.

HOWEVER, it is not free. I myself am unaware of any online/free resource for prying. That being said, if you're getting into steel design, you will not regret the money spent on the SCM. It's currently $400 (non-member price) on the AISC website for the 15th edition, but you may be able to find a used copy cheaper.
 
I have found the PCI Design Handbook for Precast and Prestressed Concrete (5th ed) - Section 6.5.9 has some useful information.
