Grout sequence?

Hey guys, first time poster. Question is per AISC, must erector fully tension (snap) all TC bolts prior to grouting the columns? Owner spec is undefined on the subject.

I would say no, they do not need to be pretensioned prior to grouting. The columns need to be plumb and beams level. See section 7.7 of AISC 303 Code of Standard Practice for Structural Steel Buildings and Bridges

You're not talking about the anchor rods at the column base plates, correct? You are referring to all the framing connections up above?

Correct the framing. Thanks for the information. Having a dispute with a 3rd party that insist must be completely tensioned (snapped)prior to grout.
