Groundwater Mounding Software

Does anyone have any suggestions for straight forward and easy to use groundwater mounding software? Our office typically uses ICPR to model the pond routing but are looking to expand the model to properly calculate groundwater mounding.

Have you looked into PercPak for ICPR? It integrates groundwater modeling with the surfacewater model:

I have looked into the Percpack from ICPR as we are avid ICPR users and it seems that the product would provide the simplest integration. Just looking to know if it is the most capable product for the money and if there is anything else out there that is out performing it.
