Has any one had to pick up a rubber ring internally before? Using a gripper? I've looked into oring grippers and some 3 jaw grippers, does anyone have any suggestions?

Thx for any input.

What exactly are you looking for? Do you want a solid model of the gripper, or the actual part to purchase?

part to purchase.. just was asking if anyone has done something similar, if not no worries.

I don't know.

We sell pneumatic grippers. I'm not sure if I can post the name of our company. Can I?

Sounds like a relatively easy thing to design -- basically a robotic end-effector -- if it's a given that the center of the ring can be found. A 3-jaw devide that opens from the inside of the ring outward sounds about right. If the size of the rubber ring doesn't vary that makes it almost a no-brainer . . . I would think (not knowing anything more about it than the vague description). But I suspect it must not be as easy as all that, or why else would the OP post the question?
