Glass Shadows

Why is it thatPhotolux doesn't seemto take account of glass transparency when rendering soft shadows? With hard shadows the light passes though the glass and leaves arealisticlight shadow, with soft shadows it renders the same shadow for glass as it does for a lump of steel!Is there a setting i need to change?

yes this is unfortunately little disadvantage there in older
