Getting error while using reuse library (NX8.5)

Hi All,
I got the sample CAM reuse library from siemens NX manufacturing forum and Added path to my reuse library.

The problem with when I try to pick drag the part from reuse library to my existing assembly I am getting error. could you please any one help me

Hi,
Please check this setting also in your customer defaults. (image attached). Probably it points to a folder which is no longer accessible.

Thanks Kapil and I tried to locate folder but It's looking for *.krx file. I have bunch of .krx file for indvidual parts
Please find attahed my customer default page. I am using Nx8.5

Generally all files with the same name should exist in the same directory,
example:
angle_plate.prt
angle_plate.bmp
angle_plate.krx
angle_plate.xls

Then as this might be a part family you must set the part family save directory, as Kapil showed in the attached picture.
Note which tab is active in that image, the "Reusable component".

I.e you have received the part family template, but when you use this part family it will on the fly produce new parts, "family members" and these must be saved somewhere.

Hi Tomas,
as you mentiontioned file extenions were all in single folder only. Even I created my own part family part in same folder and updated krx also. still i am getting same error. I can able to use standard reuse libraray which come from standard installation but I am unable to use my folder
