hi. i want to design a gear pin mechanism like picture.
is there any standard for
pins pich and diameter and
gear module and pitch diameter
and power transmission capacity
It's called a lantern gear; a cycloidal meshing mechanism, sometimes used with roller chain as a rack element.
There will be nearly no standard components because they aren't suitable for significant power transmission, so there isn't much in the way of automated equipment to make them. Lack of automated equipment to make them means no need to standardize. They can transmit large forces and are used for bicycle sprockets, though usually modified to ease shifting on multi-sprocket gear trains.
