Does somebody knows how to model or where to find the way to model a gear in Catia.
Thanks!

Circular "Pad" feature.
Use the "Pocket" feature to create one tooth.
Use the "Circular Pattern" feature on the tooth pocket.

There are a bunch of ways to make things in CATIA.

Some people might say: make a disk and add teeth to it.

That would work too, but I don't like it. I'll often try to model things as they'll be built (though this isn't always best for CATIA).

How would I machine a gear? I'd turn a disk, diameter equal to my design tooth diameter, then I'd cut out the teeth. So that's what I'll do in CATIA.

Thanks to OCCO for the links, this is what I was looking for.
