Hi everyone i need help, is there anyone who can help me how to wire this GE kV2c FM45s electric meter with CT?

Bay City Metering
A third CT may be added in delta to meter unbalanced loads on a wye circuit.
The limitation of this connection is that the meter assumes that the voltage of the third phase is the average of the voltages on the two metered phases.
This is not always the case.
