GE ECM 2.3 interface data sheet?

I need a GE ECM 2.3 interface data sheet. I have the pinouts but no description on how they actually operate or interact in combination.

Background,
I have a furnace that has a Dehumidify function which slows the motor. The controller is sending the signal as far as I can see to a pin but I'm not sure if it's the right one since it doesn't slow the motor at all.

BTW,
The controller is a White-Rodgers 50v51 2889 02

Does anyone have any documentation on it too?
