Chris,
I already answered these two questions during the test. Not sure if I got them right. No feedback, so far. I could not find similar questions in any book I own, to check my answer. I appreciate any replay that could drive me to find the correct responses.
Do you know, by any chance, where these questions,(which book/ manuals), are from?

This is a very basic GD&T question. That, and the fact that it's from a real-world test, are probably why everyone is hesitant to give you an answer.

Well, I answered .006 (e) on part 1 question. (.008-.002)
and part 2 was basically a shot in the dark: I answered d (as I had to answer something:)

Not sure if the question is for me, but if it is, I am not really sure I understand your question. I do not have your level of experience and knowledge in GD&T. What do you mean by radii of the two zones?

Maximum allowable distance between both axes is when axis #1 is at maximum possible distance from datum axis on one side of the datum axis AND axis #2 is at maximum possible distance from the datum axis on the other side of that datum axis.

The maximum possible distance between axis of considered feature and the datum axis equals half of position tolerance value (radius of the tolerance zone).

Fig. 5-48 and 5-50 / ASME Y14.5-1994 and their applicable "means this" tables could be also good resources.
Not sure, why the tables were removed in 2009 (7.56 and 7-57 in 2009 do not have any tables).
Maybe, but just maybe, to avoid confusion between bonus tolerance and datum shift/datum displacement?

Anyway, I agree with pmarc, .001 radius in one side, .004 radius on the opposite side, therefore "maximum allowable distance between the axes" make it to .005.

Greenimi -- I think those tables were removed because while technically correct, they implied to some people that datum shift is directly additive to the geometric tolerance value (just as bonus is).
And those tables don't really apply to this question since the OP's sketch was all RFS/RMB.
