hi everybody
is it possible make a gap between two parts? these parts are beam?..does it matter this gap?

thanks

your question is not clear. Is it partial gap or full gap? Is it internal gap (delamination) or structural (multibody) gap?

Another thing what you want with the gap? Contact, self-contact, or just dynamic analysis?

Another question is all you want is rigid body or flexible body? Kinematic or kinetic, etc.

The more specific is youe query, the more are chances that readers will stop to read and may answer.
