gap between dimension text and leader

Cannot remember how to change this ("something gap? anyone know)?

YOU CHANGE THAT UNDER THE TEXT TAB OF THE DIMENSION SETUP DIALOG BOX. USE THE OFFSET TEXT VARIABLE
