Galvanized embed plates in precast concrete open parking structures

Hi!

You can see parking space in the open parking structure soaked with rain, though it is not directly exposed to the weather.
In this case, which embed plates should be galvanized in the precast concrete members?
I guess embed plates contacted directly with exterior air (spandrel/column bearing plates) should be galvanized.
What about embed plates located inside, not directly exposed to the weather?
What about plates on the roof?

This is an open structure. Galvanize all of the plates.

Agree 100% with Harbringer. Those embed plates are still susceptible to atmospheric corrosion since the inside of the parking humidity is not controlled. Galvanize them all.

I wonder embed plate which topping concrete will cover need to be galvanized.
Do plates exposed sometimes to 100% humid air need to be galvanized?
