full charge led indicator

hey I'm searching for days and i still didn't find nothing maybe you guys can help please so i need some circuit with 2 led red & green from 3.50 green on at 4.15 volts battery full charged can anyone help me ?? i found some circuit but its from 9v to 14.5 don't help so much i tried to cut the resistors and diode first 100% then 200% then 300% but no success .
