Frequency of Flange Leakage

I have been tasked with finding out the frequency of flange leakages for systems similar to those I work. Basically, that'd be oil and gas pipelines.

Does anyone know where I can dig up industry data on flange leakages (how often, how bad, what size, when, reasons, etc.,)?
