Hi,
In Autodesk Alias there is a surface creation tool called "Square" which is similar to the Through Curve Mesh or the Studio Surface tool in NX. A Square surface is made by selecting four curves that act as a boundary for the surface. The user can define each of the 4 surfaces edges to have G0, G1 or G2 continuity. However in addition, there is an option for "Free Boundary" which will allow that surface edge to move freely if necessary to ensure that the remaining edge continuities are successful. Does NX have a similar method to allow the user to define a surface edge that can move freely?
