fracture analysis due to thermal stress in a homogeneous material

Dear People,

I am trying to simulate the above mentioned problem in ansys APDL;
LATELY I am getting the following error '' the inversion subroutine was supplied with a singular matrix''.
IS it because of the BC ?
THE loading is purely temperature variation.

A singular matrix has a determinant of zero.
