Formula for Rewinding Motor without Nameplate

Hi everyone, I'm facing challenge at my work.
Can someone suggest me the fastest way to calculate a coil amount for rewinding motor but the condition is there's no nameplate, so we just know the diameter and phase angle of the motor. Or can you give me a reference recomendation about this?

Count the turns of the old winding.

Determining the frame size is straightforward. You can count the poles. Voltage should be known. If you can determine the power required by the process, use the formula for a motor with the next higher power output and get fits in that frame.
