Can somebody please explain me how to determine FLC for sheet metal by experimentation and not using modelling??? If anybody has a copy of ASTM E2218-02... it would be of greatest help to me. thanks a lot.
 
Determining an FLC by experimentation requires a large forming machine plus punch(es) and die(s). Here is an example machine:
