Is there an easy way to add a "birds beak" on the bend of a sheet metal part? I am not sure what the usual expression is, but at Jaguar they call it a birds beak.

Basically, it is a small depression on the rad of a bed so that it stiffens up the bend.

Any suggestions?

Paul.

Be aware though that you will not be able to flatten the part unless you suppress the "stiffening rib".
