In NX7.5 you can check in the documentation -> Manufacturing -> Manufacturing Milling -> Tool -> User Defined Milling tools.

If you want a chamfer or corner rounding cutter, retrieve all the ones in the tool library and look at those. You may find something close to use as a starting point.
