Forging UT done to ASME section VIII div 2 cl3.3.4 Vs ASME B16.34 mandatory Appendix-IV.

Dear All,

I had a closed die forging for which UT was done as per the SA-388 & accepted as per the ASME section VIII div 2 cl3.3.4 .

when i want to offer the same to client,my client was rejecting the same since his acceptance norms are as per the ASME B16.34


kindly through some light on the difference between ASME section VIII div 2 cl3.3.4 and ASME B16.34 mandatory Appendix-IV.
