FMU11 heat treat requirements

I have a customer requiring a magatteaux spec FMU11.
Does anyone have any experience with this material, and how to go about heat treating to achieve a hardness of 50HRC?

C - 1.25%
Cr - 12%
Si - 0.45%
Mn - 0.55%
S - <0.05%
P - <0.05%
