FMEA examples for MRU's

Does anybody has a example of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) made on a Mechanical Refrigeration Unit ?? I am working on a maintenance strategy development for MRU's (new and existing ones) and would like to have something to start with.

Seems to me that a good place to start for an existing system is to look at the maintenance manual.
