Flow measure of raw material in a continuous online process

Dear all
I'm part of a team working to convert a batch process into an online and continuous process. Please could you give me some ideas of instrumentation to measure the weight of the raw materials (Dust or granulates ) to feed in the process?
We are trying to change the way we weigh this raw material to send it by pneumatic conveyor to the tank to be mixed with the aqueous phase

There are a number of days to accomplish this. You can use a scale hopper or a feeder scale.

Have you done a lab analysis on the specific characteristics of your raw materials stream ?

Have you made a rough PFD and can you share that with us ?

Are you accounting for points of dust generation ? (Very, very important in equipment layout)

In my opinion that is always step one ....

Have you made a list of equipment vendors that make bulk transfer equipment for your industry ?

You must have that crucial information before you can even begin to think about a system design
