I'm trying to model a DMH as a flow control structure for a driveway culvert overflow. The invert of the flow structure will be the point at which the driveway culvert is flowing 1/2 full. From that point the flow control structure will take the overflow and outlet it into a pipe to a CB. What would be the best way to model this sinerio?

This would be modeled as a single "pond". The storage would be the volume before the driveway culvert inlet. This culvert should be routed to the "primary" discharge.

For the overflow, you could use a weir and/or culvert, depending on the exact configuration. Then set the final device routing to "secondary" to split out this flow and allow separate routing.

For an illustrated example of outlet usage please see
