Flow & cost schedule for extrusion of film and foam

I want to set down a flow diagram with all steps and associated costs - including materials, plant and molds - for making film for shopping bags and agricultural mulch film. And also for making packaging foam. Can the same machine produce all products? The mulch film ranges from 10-20 um and the plasti shopping bag I gues would be less than 5 um. Also wanting to work out the minimum sized plant to achieve the lowest possible unit cost. Any help appreciated.
