I am looking for a design procedure/guide for analyzing concrete floor systems for vibration due to human activity. I have a floor space that has a strict floor vibration criteria such as a velocity sensitivity of 2000 microinch/sec and a structural criterion factor of 6,400 Kfn. I have not been able to find a design guide for concrete like AICS's Series 11 for steel frames. Does anyone know of such a parallel design guide/procedure for concrete?

Suggest that you post this in the Structural Engineers Forum.

I'm not aware of a guide similar to AISC's for concrete floors. Because of their mass, vibration is not usually a consideration for concrete floors unless you have long spans. One reference is "Vibrations of Concrete Structures", ACI Publication SP-60.
