3 story hotel flat roof, 24" floor parallel chord truss. Few problems first 10 years now the trusses are sagging. Truss meaured and sagging 1/2" 2 months later the truss is down 1". 3 months later room closed. Floor sags 1 1/2" and tv stands may fall over. Walls all stack. Floor has gym 3/4" we know it was level when built.

Your link does not come up.

Any roof leaks or Mechanical unit condensation affecting the truss integrity? 10 years and a flat roof. Start looking a moisture problems.

Is the problem with all the trusses, a few, or just one? Is it in a particular area of the structure, or general in nature? What area of the country, or what country is this building in?

Wood trusses? Steel trusses? How about some more information about the structure?

And what is your question?
