Hi, Guys!
I am using adams/car to do the simulation of vehicle handling and stability. Firstly, I obtained the mnf file of BIW through HyperMesh. Secondly, I built a rigid multi-body dynamic model to output the reference curves. Thirdly, I deleted the rigid body part that characterizes BIW and created the corresponding flexible body using the mnf file.
But there was a big error between the output curves and the reference curves. When I made the flex part rigid, the output curves were almost the same as the reference curves.
I am sure that the interface parts of all the attachment points have been created, and the bushs and the joints have been correctly connected.
So, what are the possible reasons?
Hope to give me some advice on how to find out the reason.
Thanks for your hands!
