Fixing Auxillary View Arrows

Is there a way to fix the view arrows so they don't slide around? I used the edge of the part to generate the auxillary view.

Exactly. If I drag the view, the arrows don't move with it and I have to drag them separately. I guess I was thinking of it backwards.
 
I stopped using edges for auxiliary views. I always use sketched lines constrained parallel or perpendicular as needed. the reason for this is that I have seen difficulty with auxiliary views updating if edge orientation changes. For some reason, this is not a problem for views based on sketched lines.

It shouldn't matter too much if your aux view arrows are not positioned exactly. What matters most is the viewing angle. As was said, don't move them and they shouldn't move (unless something changes in your model).
