I am creating a Spreadsheet for our CNC Programmers to use as a reference for surface finishing. I am using step over as the input and scallop as the result. I have it figured out for a flat surface, but I am having trouble figuring out how to calculate the scallop for 30, 45 and 60 Degree angles. Does anyone know how I can do this or can point me in a direction to figure it out? I have attached the spreadsheet for review. The 30degree result is not completely accurate.

Thank You.

Thank You for the link. It had the exact information I was looking for and then some. Translating it to Excel was a little tricky, but nevertheless, I got it.

Thanks again,
