Find and Replace

Using the 'Find and Replace' text function in Autocad only works in the active window, is there any way that this function can be performed over multiple pages???

Dear zak1976,
Follow the below instructions:
1. Enter the FIND command
2. In dialog box click on "Select Objects" button
3. At command line enter ALL
4. Press Enter to return to dialog box
5. In dialog box enter the expressions to find and replace
6. Click on "Replace All" button
All texts in all layouts and spaces will be replaced.

Thanks for that, but that doesn't seem to answer the question..... I have ten pages open (10) and need to apply that to every page, (every drawing, every session.... whatever you want to call it.)

To perform the operation as batch operation, it needs some more programming in zero document state.
If I can free some time, I will write it for you.

By that statement I am guessing you mean multiple drawings (Your first post indicated multiple layouts). You can have 1 session of ACAD 2k+ open, with 10 drawings open and each one can have multiple layouts...
You would need a script to do a batch spellcheck over multiple drawings.

TranslateAcad
finds and replaces all text, in blocks, in attributes, in anywhere
for all DWgs in a subdir
all at once,
according to the replace table in Excel.
