Filling in a Concrete Core

We will be taking some concrete cores from a bridge this winter, and will need to fill in the holes. Do to cold temperatures, a portland product that I know of isn't really viable (IE Non-shrink grout). The cores will be 6" in diameter. What else is out there?

Use a sand-filled epoxy. You'll probably need to keep it warm during curing. A structural injection epoxy with oven dried sand added should work fine.

Where applicable, I would defer this question to the local authority, D.O.T., municipality, etc. They commonly have a list of approved products for this type of application. Case in point, check out the link for such a list for a local authority in my neck of the woods:

Thanks for the responses, I'll look into each one. We're definitely going to have to find something on the 'dry' side because of the neg. batter.
