Customer is asking us to provide 3.2 certificate for Inconel filler wire which is 0.8 mm in diameter.currently it is only 3.1 certified and customer is willing to accept it under upgradation from reputed TPI.
Do i need to weld a test cupon with above inconel filler wire or simply send the wires to test lab.
