File Security in '05-'06

I am virtually new to Solidworks as I have not used it in a couple years, nor needed to do this. My boss and I are looking for a way to lock solidworks files so they cannot be edited unless name is changed and rev is updated.

Is there a program, built in or add on, like Autodesk Vault, which will work for SolidWorks?
