file extensions available

what are the possibel universal file extensions available. I need to convert files from Pro/E to Autodesk Inventor. Please let me know.
 
AFAIK Inventor will like ACIS most, which would be .SAT and I find not present in ProE 2001. IGES (.IGS) would do also. While checking I also see a specific Inventor (.IV) option in the "save as" list, so this wouldlogically be your first choice.
