I am trying to model a golf ball and am having trouble cutting the dimples. Any suggestions?

I just found Scott's golf ball model. I found my problem to be the lack of a second axis perpendicular to the revolved "sphere" axis. offsetting the feature by x degrees along the surface. I guess it was too much to ask to be able to tell SW to pattern the feature x number of times evenly spaced over the entire surface.
