Thanks For The Previous suggestions,
I am struggling to find a feasible way of getting dry air (Dehumidified) for performing Dry Lay-Up for Stainless Steel Piping.
Dry Lay-Up is performed in-order to attain the hydro-tested pipes free of remnant water and moisture.

Can anyone please help me to obtain dehumidified air with any method ?

Search for pipeline dehumidifier contractor?

This is very common equipment - I don't understand why you're having a problem find it.

Thank You for your kind reply, what i equipment i shall use. I am planning to use a compressor and a re-heater (Heater) to provide dehumidified air. Will it work?

That will provide air that is below the dew point, but normally you need to chill the air to remove water to de-humidify air otherwise the hot air will simply condense on the cold pipeline walls.....

You need to be below the dew point at the buried temperature of the pipe. You won't get that with hot humid air.
