FBE coating for Underground bends 1

Could anyone help me know what International or Industy Standard should be applied for FBE coating in terms of shop application and testing? 400um FBE coating is specified for underground bends in our Libya project.

You could start with DNV-RP-F106 and then consult with a coating specialist to make sure that everything is covered.
