Can anybody tell me a software which I can use for fault calculations in electrical systems, conductor sizing and coordination analysis using ANSI standards. I know EDSA. But it is too expensive for me and if anybody knows a place from where I can get it installed.

Check out EasyPower at Also do a search of the Electric Power Engineering forum for other software including possibly some free software.

PowerTools by SKM has a lite version. I'm not sure how much it costs, but maybe you could look into that. I use PowerTools, and I'm happy w/ how it works.
